The owners of E/H Property Management, Steven and Cristen Valentine, are residents of Wichita and love raising their children here.  They enjoy running a family business together and share a set of expertise that is the perfect formula for managing your properties.

Steven has a background in residential remodeling and repair and manages the property maintenance branch of our company. Our sister company, E/H Construction LLC, is a fully licensed and insured company that is fully qualified and ready to keep your properties kept in the best possible condition.

Cristen has a background in loan underwriting with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She managed an entire portfolio of loans and was instrumental in researching various credit bureaus and how to determine adequate creditworthiness.

Together they are perfectly equipped and ready to help you make the most of your investment!
